Trade show staffing and booth support
We staff your booth with people who know your product and capture every buyer conversation. After the show, you get a lead list with notes so your follow-up starts with context.
What is trade show support?
Trade show support covers the people and follow-up around your booth: staff who can pitch the product, sample it and capture every buyer conversation, and a plan for what happens after the show ends.
The expensive failure at a show is not a bad booth. It is a stack of business cards nobody follows up on. We staff the booth with trained people and give you a lead list with notes, so your follow-up starts with context.
Greenline staffs shows in and near our eight active markets. Booth design stays with your booth vendor, and we coordinate staffing around it.

What to look for in trade show staffing
- 01
Product knowledge
Staff who cannot answer basic questions about price and ingredients cost you buyers.
- 02
Lead capture discipline
Names, notes and next steps for every conversation, not just scans.
- 03
