Mobile tour marketing and street team programs
Managed by Greenline, run with our team and production partners. We plan the route, staff each stop and report on every one.
What is a mobile tour?
A mobile tour takes your brand on a route: a series of stops at stores, events and high-traffic spots, each with a team that samples, talks to shoppers and sells. It is a way to cover many places in a short window.
The value is in the route. A good one is built around the accounts that matter and the places your shopper already is. Each stop is staffed, timed and reported on.
Mobile tours are managed by Greenline with our team and production partners. We source vehicles and equipment through partners and manage them. We do not own a fleet.

How much does a mobile marketing tour cost?
Cost depends on tour length, number of stops, vehicle and equipment needs, and staffing. We scope it in writing before work starts.
A tour that is mostly staffed sampling at stores can be priced from our published activation rates. A tour with vehicles and builds is quoted per program. Bring a market list and a budget range to the strategy call.
How we measure a tour
- Stop-by-stop recap with photos
- Consumers sampled per stop
- Units sold at stops with a retail tie-in
- On-time record for the route
- Learnings that shape the next market
What to look for in a mobile tour partner
- 01
Route planning from your accounts
A route should follow your retail, not just traffic.
- 02
Clear on vehicles and equipment
Ask who owns, insures and operates what.
- 03
Staff per stop
Each stop needs trained people, not a driver and a table.
- 04
Recap per stop
Results by stop tell you where the next tour should go.

Mobile tours: questions
Do you own the vehicles?
No. We source vehicles and equipment through production partners and manage them for you.
How long is a tour?
From a single day to a multi-week route, depending on markets and budget.
Can a tour feed retail sales?
Yes. We route through accounts and stores that carry or want your product.
What is a street team?
A group of staff who engage people in public places or at stores to sample, share information and drive action for a brand.
Can a tour cross several markets?
Yes, within our eight active markets or as a planned multi-market route. We confirm coverage in scoping.
Do you handle permits for tour stops?
Requirements vary by location. We identify them in scoping and tell you what we handle and what the venue requires.
